ClipFame turns long videos you provide (an upload or a link) into short clips with captions. You buy hours of video in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
You may only submit videos that you own or have permission to use, including permission to edit them and publish clips of them. You keep all rights to your videos and clips. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service.
You must not submit or create: sexual or sexually suggestive content; any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way; graphic violence or gore; content that promotes terrorism, hate or harassment; or anything illegal. Videos are checked automatically before processing. Accounts that break these rules may be blocked without refund, and illegal material involving minors is reported to the authorities as required by law.
Uploaded source videos are deleted automatically after 3 days. Finished clips stay available to download for 90 days, then are deleted. Download anything you want to keep.
If you connect a posting service (such as Zernio or Postiz), you use it under that service's own terms, and you are responsible for what you publish.
If you believe a clip infringes your copyright, email support@clipfame.app with the details required by the DMCA. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
We work hard to find the best moments, but we don't guarantee any clip will perform on social media. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
